I would love to help you start couponing in anyway that I can Dawn. I try and post links to any coupons that I have printed from the internet. The biggest part that got me started was purchasing the Sunday paper for 3 weeks. The first week I couldn't put together any deals because of a lack of coupon stash but by week three I had to take a break from buying newspapers because I had accumulated more than I could use.
One you have the coupons you can easily check my site to see the latest deals. If you have specific questions I will try and answer or point you in the right direction.
